Basic price alerts notify you when an item drops below a fixed price. Smart alerts go further. They notify you when the price drops below a percentage threshold, like \"alert when this item is 15% below its 30-day average.\" This catches genuine sales instead of fake markdowns.

To enable smart alerts, go to the Alerts tab, select Percentage Drop as the trigger type, and set your threshold. The system will monitor price history automatically and only notify you of real deals.

If you repeatedly search for the same type of item, you are wasting time. Saved search filters let you store a complete set of criteria and apply it with one click. For example, a \"High-Quality Hoodies Under $60\" filter can include category, price range, quality score, and seller rating.

Create these filters from the Saved Filters panel. You can have up to 10 saved filters on the free tier and unlimited on the premium tier. Name them clearly so you remember what each one does.

Resellers who source 20+ items at once should never add them manually. The bulk import tool accepts a CSV file with just item names and URLs. The system auto-populates every other column: price, QC score, seller rating, shipping estimate, and stock status.

Download the import template from the Tools menu. Fill in your item names and URLs, then upload. Within 60 seconds, your entire sourcing list is fully populated and ready for analysis.

The formula column type is the most powerful feature for data-driven buyers. Common formulas include: Profit = Selling Price - Cost - Fees, Margin = Profit / Selling Price, and Total Cost = Price + Shipping + Customs.

These formulas update automatically as you change input values. You never have to recalculate manually. The system supports basic arithmetic, conditional logic, and date calculations.

Resellers need to know what their competition is charging. The competitor watchlist tracks prices for identical items across 5 sellers and updates daily. If a competitor drops their price, you get an alert within 24 hours.

This feature is available on the premium tier. To set it up, add competitor listings to your watchlist, enable price tracking, and set your alert threshold. Stay competitive without manual monitoring.
